A translation or transformation can be applied to the generated geometry using the Transformation dialog.
When Apply is checked, the X, Y, and Z values are added to respective surface coefficients resulting in a translation of the scan volume.
When Apply is checked, all surface definitions include the TR Number. The user must supply the TR definition (it can be included in the file chosen on the Append File dialog).
Most DICOM files include Orientation data specifying the horizontal and vertical directions of the image. When these directions are parallel to the X, Y, or Z axes, Scan2MCNP orients the model in the specified directions. When Override Header is checked, the DICOM Orientation is ignored and the Horizontal and Vertical choices are used. The same direction (X, Y, or Z) cannot be checked in both boxes.
Apply puts the changes into effect and dismisses the dialog.
Cancel dismisses the dialog without changing any settings.
Help shows the help page for the dialog.
